Cruztopia Woodworks is a small, home-based business located in Santa Cruz, California specializing in wood products made from California Redwood and Western Red Cedar. We care about the environment, and all of our products are non-toxic including the adhesives and waterproofing sealants we use to assemble and finish our products. All the packaging we use for shipping is also 100% recyclable or reused to avoid and delay landfill use.
All items are shipped from Santa Cruz, California via UPS. For in stock items, orders placed on a weekday before 4PM Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 4PM, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday with the exception of express delivery orders (e.g 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) placed before 11AM on Saturday, which will be shipped on Saturday. Defective items can be returned within 90 days for a full refund (including shipping charges) or exchange, and Cruztopia will pay for return shipping and outbound shipping if a replacement is sent. Returns of non-defective items are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund (excluding shipping charges), and the buyer must pay for return shipping. To request a return merchandise authorization (RMA), please reply to the original invoice e-mail or send an e-mail to email@example.com with the original order number.
